"Yogah cittavrtti nirodah"
(PATANJALI YOGA SUTRA I.2)

The ancient sanscrit definition of Yoga can be
translated as "Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuation of the mind": a state of stillness of the mind where we can stay in the present moment becoming able to experiencethe reality as it is in its pure beauty.
So we can now see that Yoga can be found in anything: it depends not what you do,
but how you do it.

*At the moment Yogasana and Meditation classes are held only on corporate venues and retreats.

YOGA IS MORE THAN ASANA (POSTURE)
That's why we like to emphasise the importance of all the aspects of Yoga, even on a classical asana class.
Even while you are sweating and trying to entangle yourself in challenghing postures, the focus will always be on the inside, the breath, the sensations, and the goal will be to still the mind rather than sculpting the body.
